With over 18 years of experience as a personal chef for discerning clients across the Hamptons, Europe, and the Caribbean, I’ve built my career on delivering exceptional, highly personalized dining experiences. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I bring a refined yet approachable style to every event—whether it’s a private dinner in East Hampton, a cocktail party in Montauk, or a beachside celebration in Sag Harbor.

My cooking is driven by seasonality, simplicity, and sourcing the best local ingredients the Hamptons has to offer—from farmstand produce to just-caught seafood. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering, a wedding reception, or a large-scale corporate event, I’ll work closely with you to create a menu that feels effortless, elegant, and entirely your own.
